• Operating hours depend on scheduled programs, private rentals, and events.
• The Administrator for the WLB Community Center primarily works off site and is available by appointment only.
• Reservation emails and voicemails are addressed within 48 hours during

              Monday–Friday business hours.

• Please schedule an appointment before visiting.
• Walk-ins are not permitted to avoid interrupting reserved activities, meetings, groups, and prior reservations'

• We will review our reservation calendar and email you rental details, including rates and availability.
• After reviewing the WLBCC Contract, Agreement, and Rates, you may schedule an appointment for a tour, submit your signed contract and agreement, and place a deposit to secure your reservation.
• We typically respond within 48 hours, Monday–Friday.
• If you do not receive a response, please check your spam folder.
• Please complete the form fully; all required details are necessary for us to respond appropriately.

• Only individuals who rent or own a home in West Long Branch are considered residents by the WLBCC.
• Residents must provide valid proof of address, such as a driver's license (or similar government-issued ID) and a utility bill.
• The name on the contract must match the ID and Certificate of Insurance, and the resident must remain present during the rental period.

• Event space availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your reservation date and time will only be confirmed once you have submitted all required documents, signed them, and provided the initial deposit.

• The six-hour rental period that you select includes time for decoration and set-up. This time frame is non-negotiable.
• If you require additional time for elaborate decor, you may consider booking an all-day rental.
• Booking a Friday (excluding holidays) for a full-day rental qualifies you for a $300 discount.

• If you plan to use privately rented items, or items rented through vendors or decorators, please note that these items are not permitted on the premises prior to your scheduled rental time. 
• No items should be brought in before your rental period begins, and everything must be removed from the premises when your scheduled rental time concludes. 
• Your vendors or anyone you hire for your event are your responsibility.
• We do not have exclusive vendors, but we recommend our preferred vendors, who are licensed and insured.
• It is important to discuss our policy with your hired vendors. Please make appropriate arrangements in advance to ensure compliance.

The Community Center is ADA compliant and accessible for individuals with disabilities.

• Event insurance is mandatory for rentals.
• Please provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the WLB Community Center as required. Further details are outlined in the rental agreement.

While we do not have a liquor license, you are allowed to have alcohol on our property. However, selling alcohol at your event is strictly prohibited.
